Gym for Beginners: The Proper Ways of Using Equipment
Want to improve your workout? Great! If you are beginner in gym, you do basic exercise with some equipment, but you willing to try others for your next workout, here are the tips you might know before using it. Lifting heavy weights is to strengthen the muscles helps improve brain health, strengthening the bones, gain muscle by burning fats and eat amount of protein, boost your energy. It can reduce the risk of disease, there are proper ways of using it to avoid injuries. Doing improper weight training can lead to fractures, strains and other painful injuries. This will not be improving your body.

facilities here are practices that involves workout, crossfit, boxing, and muay
thai. This place is good to show the welfare of the person how he can maintain
the body and train it properly. It not only focus workout here, it can also
help improve our memory and cognition. This includes balancing our mental
health. The facilities here are complete with equipments and each area has type
of tools and stations that will prioritize your muscle target.
Upper Body Equipment

Dumbbells-
hold it with grip and use it for curl, press, and lifting. Use a weight that
your body can take.

Barbells-
same as dumbbell but has a wide gap when you lift it. The difference is you can
add some weight manually by putting plates each side.

Cable
machines/Crossover- It is necessary to use the same weight on each side of the
cable so that it will not lead to struggling when workout.

Pull-up
Bars- Hold the bar with grip strength to not fall or cause any damage after use
then fall. Use for upper body strength, mostly for calisthenics to train your
core and good for shoulders, biceps, and back muscle training.
Lower Body Equipment

Leg
Extension Machine- Put both of your legs on the round like foam them push your
legs on an upper state to strengthen your quadriceps muscles. Use prescribed
weights when workout for safety.

Leg
Curl Machine- Put both of your legs on the round like foam them push your legs
on a lower state to strengthen your quadriceps muscles. Use prescribed weights
when workout for safety.

Leg
Press Machine- Put both of your legs on the flat surface then start to stretch
your leg, be sure to use your prescribe weights for safety leg press

Stationary
Bike- Specially use for cardio and leg training. Put both of your feet on the
pedals then repeatedly peddling it. It can adjust the weight and intensity of it
by just rotating the red circle above it.

Treadmill-
Same as stationary bike but this equipment uses for running and this is
commonly use for stamina training.

On my personal experience, the interior of this place is comfortable because it has a lot of ventilations and windows so you could breathe normally after doing a workout. The equipment where all good no damage at the moment, it can be repair on the amount of time if it is responded on the manager of the gym itself. I like how they have plenty of mirrors so that after you put some sets, you can see your progress on it and add self-esteem. One particular thing I manage to appreciate is the community here, because many people here are helpful and approachable when you need help to do your exercise. They also have supplements and souvenir that you can buy if you are interested on it. Overall, I am satisfied on this place.
